Performance Readiness
Unify has been created to help organisations quickly understand, and take action to address, key issues relating to their performance. It has been designed to address two questions underpinning organisational performance:
- How big an attrition time bomb are we sitting on?
- How ready to perform are we?
Unify can be used to provide insight into numerous aspects of organisational performance including checking the impact of key organisational initiatives, providing senior teams with insight into the performance environment they are creating or exploring how focused and ready to perform certain parts of the organisation are (e.g. top talent, sales, etc).
In addition to the core model, there is a version of Unify aimed specifically at providing insight into major change, i.e. M&As and organisational restructures.
To ensure there is minimal disruption to day-to-day performance Unify is easy to understand (whilst still being insightful) and quick and simple to set-up and administer (the anonymous, online questionnaire takes less than 10 minutes to complete).
What does it measure?
The Performance Profile
Measures an organisation’s readiness to perform in relation to four critical factors:
- Clarity
How well do your people understand what the organisation is trying to achieve (i.e. its future vision and strategy), and their role and responsibilities in delivering this?
- Confidence
How confident are people in the strategic direction and leadership of the organisation?
- Enablement
Do individuals, teams and functions have the necessary support, resources and skills to deliver against the strategy?
- Impact
How have key decisions over the last 12 months had an impact on organisational performance (e.g. efficiency, effective and value to customers/clients)?
This profile will give you a truly unique insight into your ability to perform and highlight the key inhibitors to performance.
Attrition Profile
This aspect of Unify explores people’s intention to stay and the high level factors influencing engagement and potential turnover.
