Employee Retention Survey 2009


Welcome to the third annual Employee Engagement & Retention Survey. This year the survey focuses on the impact of the economic climate on retention and turnover, the relationship with organisational performance, the use of exit interviews and the interventions and approaches used to retain employees and engage new recruits.

In return for your participation we will send you a copy of the findings in the form of a full report in January 2009 and for every completed survey TalentDrain will make a donation to Bliss, the special care baby charity (www.bliss.org.uk).
