Talent ExitInsight is a straightforward, web-based process that takes approximately 25 minutes for the leaver to complete. The questionnaire can be completed by the leaver prior to attending the Exit Interview, or administered as part of the Exit interaction.

  • Stage One: Through a forced-choice process, the employee creates a rank-ordered personal profile of what is most and least important to them for maintaining their commitment to an organisation.
  • Stage Two: the employee then rates the organisations effectiveness in helping them to attain satisfaction against their key priorities.
  • Stage Three: there is an opportunity for the employee to comment on other factors that have influenced their decision, areas where they feel the organisation could improve, and the positive elements of their time within the organisation.
