Talent ExitEye is a unique method of collecting powerful employee exit data that is used to reduce staff turnover and ensure you retain talented people.

The data collection element of a Talent ExitEye application is a questionnaire based approach that can be delivered via pencil & paper or via a number of internet based approaches. The data is harvested with initial collation being managed through a sophisticated technology interface followed by interpretation by our specialist team of analysts.
