Talent Engage is a unique blend between employee engagement and organisational performance. This anonymous, online questionnaire takes around 15 minutes for the candidate to complete. The questionnaire measures key factors that have been proven to relate directly to employee commitment and intention to stay. Based around a proven employee commitment model this section gives you clear insight into the factors driving engagement and the likely causes of dis-engagement and turnover.

The twelve areas measured by the employee commitment model are:

Demographics
The demographic and organisational characteristics of the respondents are gathered so that the data can be broken down by function, department, job role or location. Intention to stay and tenure are also collected to provide additional insight.

Free Text Comments
Employees comment in their own words on what they dislike about the organisation, what could help them to perform better and what they most enjoy about working for the organisation.

Talent Engage lets you build a questionnaire that combines proven content with your own requirements. These range from branding and other cosmetic enhancements to adding additional questions specifically designed to meet your requirements.
