Consultancy Overview

When TalentDrain was founded, the primary goal was to provide clients’ HR and OD teams with a reliable, robust understanding of the issues impacting employee engagement and retention in their organisations. As our client base has grown and developed, clients have increasingly sought our expertise and experience on how to translate this insight into strategy, implementation of OD solutions, and assessment of the impact of their interventions on organisational performance and employee engagement.

As our consultancy offering and team has evolved and grown, we now provide our consultancy to global organisations in conjunction with or independently of our core engagement and retention tools.
