The onboarding process for new starters is not just the domain of HR, line managers play a critical role in welcoming, integrating and managing new recruits. OnBoarder reports have been designed to be used by HR and line managers; the data is not only easy to interpret but throughout the report practical guidance and advice is provided.
Group Reports
How frequently the reports are generated is driven by the
requirements of the organisation. Typically they are produced on a monthly, quarterly or six monthly basis. Each time the analysis is run a report is produced for all new starters. However, it is not necessarily the
case that all new joiners will have the same experience so the data is also broken down by function, department, job role or location so that the consistency and
effectiveness of the onboarding process can be compared.

Individual Reports
Many organisations see the value in taking time out to speak to new starters after the first few weeks. The focus being to ensure they are engaged, happy and have all the support required to perform.
